The Total Comfort Protection Plan (TCPP) is our maintenance membership for Salt Lake Valley homes. We tune up your furnace every fall and your air conditioner every spring, put you first in line when you need a repair, and take 10% off repairs and parts.
The core plan covers one furnace and one AC condenser, or one furnace and one swamp cooler, and continues until canceled.

How many visits are included?
The core Total Comfort Protection Plan includes two visits a year: a fall furnace tune-up and a spring AC tune-up. It covers one furnace plus one AC condenser, or one furnace plus one swamp cooler. The quarterly plan and the commercial RTU plan include four visits a year.
When do the tune-ups happen?
Your furnace tune-up happens in the fall, before heating season, and your AC tune-up happens in the spring, before cooling season. Members also get priority VIP scheduling, so you are first in line for service calls, even during the busiest times.
How do I pay for the plan?
You can pay monthly, quarterly or yearly. The core plan is $20/month, $55/quarter or $199/year. The quarterly plan is $30/month, $85/quarter or $299/year. The commercial RTU quarterly plan is $479/year.
What is the $100 equipment replacement credit?
For every year you renew the plan, you earn a $100 credit toward replacing your equipment, up to $1,000 over 10 years.
Does the plan renew automatically?
